How it Works.
Up for raffle is this beautiful, 1,520 square foot home located just 3 miles from Downtown Pensacola, Florida. The home raffle benefits Foster Families of America, Inc.
It’s simple; the cost is $25.00 per ticket. Tickets are issued directly from the buy now page on this website. Once your checkout is complete, your ticket(s) will be generated and emailed to you within 48 hours. Each ticket has a uniquely generated number by which you will be entered in to the drawing. The random drawing will be certified by a local certified accounting firm.
Our goal is to issue 6,000 tickets. Once we issue 6,000 tickets, all entrants will be contacted and we will hold the drawing within 45 days. The drawing will be held on June, 01, 2010 or once we reach our goal of 6,000 tickets, whichever may come first.
The drawing will be held at the property. All entrants will receive an email confirming the raffle time/location and will be given the option to RSVP to attend. The winning ticket holder will then be notified and his/her photo will be posted on the website. The drawing will also be recorded and posted on the winners page.

The closing will be arranged to transfer title ownership at Key Title Settlement Services, Inc. All title transfer fees are paid by the raffle.
